Ingredients
1 cup millet rinsed
5 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups cauliflower (1/2-1 head)
- - sea salt to taste
1 tbsp tahini to taste (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seed oil
1 medium onion
12 - white button or cremini mushrooms
8 - fresh shitake mushrooms
6 - dried shitake mushrooms
1/2 cup shoyu or tamari (or soy sauce)
2 tbsps mirin
1 drizzle brown rice vinegar
2 tbsps kuzu
2 tbsps scallions parsley, or chives
