3 cups roasted pumpkin or winter squash i used a buttercup squash
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 large onion
1/4 cup fresh sage
6 cups vegetable stock
- small grating of nutmeg
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp sherry vinegar
1 1/3 tbsp black mustard seed
- pinch sea salt
- - freshly ground black pepper to taste
